SANDY ASLETT MILLINER SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping from my online store.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy, Domestic Shipping Policy and Shipment processing time.

 

All ready-made orders are processed within 3 business days. Custom made orders are manufactured to order within a reasonable time frame from the order being received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping rates for your order are shown at check out or advised at time of contact for each State of Australia.

 

The pricing takes into consideration packaging, extra cover for the item, and assurance that it arrives to you in a timely manner.

 

Estimated delivery time pending on Australia Post. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please also take photos of the damaged box/es.

 

International Shipping Policy. Please contact us directly if you live outside of Australia for shipping advice and costs.
